In our well-equipped machine shop we have the capability to carry out: Milling and boring (both horizontal and vertical), turning, screw cutting, slotting/key-way cutting, drilling, grinding and punching. These processes are complimented by our fabrication shop where we’re able to shear up to 3 metre width by 10 mm thick plate, fold plate up to 10 mm thick and roll to an inside diameter of 300 mm. We have a full range of MIG, TIG, and MMA welding facilities. We also benefit from 2 overhead gantries which have a combined lifting capability of 20 tonnes.

  These processes enable us to manufacture, in-house, the vast majority of projects. However, on the occasions were we require specialty operations we have a network of highly skilled and professional companies on which we can call. That means no matter what your project, we are able to deliver.
